Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Born at Rockhart Irish Wolfhounds on July 17, 2017.

Rockhart Nikolai x Rockhart Raphaela Requiem

Ravensara came to live with me at 10 weeks of age, and she arrived to my house of senior wolfhounds completely full of herself.  That has continued on, and she is such a joy to have here.  She is the mother of my B litter, loves walks, outings, and ice cream more than anything.  She has always been extremely healthy and a true athlete.  She is named after my favorite essential oil, and the word means, "leaves of healing."

Tresmorn Aubrey

Born here on January 16, 2016.

Rockhart Xavier x Rockhart Quiry

Aubrey was the first puppy born at Tresmorn, and it was a surprise when her mother had her outside in a snowbank!  Aubrey's name means "leader of the elves," because she ruled over her brothers with an iron paw!  She is an independent soul who prefers to be in charge and only have attention when she demands.  She took the loss of her brothers going to new homes and the loss of her sister in 2017 quite hard but was consoled when she got to rule over the B litter as Auntie Aubs.  Then the loss of her mother in 2020 very hard on her indeed.

Tresmorn Brogan

Born here on December 22, 2017.

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Brogan was the first born of the B litter.  He is a huge boy - the biggest I have ever owned.  He is a very sweet and gentle soul and just goes with the flow of any situation.  His name is an Irish word that means "little shoe."

Tresmorn Beyond The Moonbeam

Born here on December 22, 2017

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Moonbeam was the second puppy born in the B Litter here - a litter I chose to have after the devastating loss of 8 dogs in a year and a half...including Peanut, a most special girl from my first litter.  Moonbeam was the smallest puppy born second and the same weight and color as Peanut.  She was very much spoiled by me from birth and pretty much got away with everything since a tiny baby.  She is no longer small either.  She is one of the biggest female wolfhounds I have ever owned!  Moonbeam is such a special soul.  She has a 6th sense for anyone in need and is here for me so very often.  She truly is a gift sent from somewhere beyond.

Tresmorn Barley

Born here on December 22, 2017

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Barley has always had an over the top personality.  He has always been blond, fluffy, adorable, and pushy.  He also has an extremely high prey drive and definitely could do what the Irish Wolfhound was originally bred for - to hunt and kill wolves.  He often play the clown, but those of us who know him in truth know that is just a facade.

Tresmorn Bristol

Born here on December 22, 2017.

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Bristol was the fourth born of the B litter.  She has always been a very beautiful girl - long, tall, and with gorgeous curves.  She has also always been a bit of a loner as far as hanging out with other dogs but her sister Bracken is a good friend.  Bristol learned from a young age that she could be the center of any crowd of people and learned to work that.  She loves any public outing or event.  I have to hold onto her collar getting out of the van as she will run through the neighborhood looking for people to say hi to!

Tresmorn Brynn

Born here on December 22, 2017

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Brynn was the fifth puppy born in my B litter.  She was super calm as a baby.  Now she is a wild child with a crazy crop of hair on top of her head.  No matter how much I groom that top off, within a week it is always back.  When she wants attention, she makes a loud wookie-like noise and does something silly to make me laugh every day!

Tresmorn Bracken

Born here on December 22, 2017

Tresmorn The Abbott of Windmill x Rockhart Yesterday's Ravensara of Tresmorn

Bracken was the sixth puppy born here from the B litter, and she was born via c-section.  She was the biggest puppy at birth and always a great lover of food.  Don't be fooled by the dignified lady she presents.  Inside lurks a powerful huntress, and when she deems appropriate, she will nurse the other dog's wounds and clean out their ears!

Holly McB of Tresmorn

My first dog as a adult was a rescue Cocker Spaniel, and I had always wanted another Cocker.  After Peanut died, a post from Cocker Spaniel Resources  was pleading for a foster for Holly McB.  She was at a shelter in Steven's Point Wisconsin.  I fostered her, and she put up a huge fuss here with the wolfhounds at first.  Then she learned they wouldn't hurt her, so she has ruled the roost here since.  She doesn't have either of her eyes (they were removed at the shelter due to neglected glaucoma), and she has never had issues getting around.  She really enjoys walks but must stayed leashed, and sometimes it is too hard for her to go in the winter with all the snow.
